Working with BGH Executive Coaching / Consulting has provided direct benefits in both my professional and personal life. Brenda challenged me to contemplate what it will take to become a better leader and person. Not only have I improved as a manager and leader, but I am more confident in myself and in my approach with others. I have altered my leadership approach and achieved more respect and professional success. I am also a much happier with my work as I've become more proactive and less reactive. I can't say enough about how much value I've derived from my work with Brenda. The investment in time and energy has been absolutely worthwhile.
