Program Details

Customized half- and full-day workshops offered on-site at your location or at a convenient offsite location.

Classes/Workshops available either in 3-hour sessions or concentrated 2-day workshops.
Individual follow-up coaching sessions available as requested.

Learning Activities

Lecture/presentation of concepts; personal assessment tools; structured learning exercises; case studies; working in dyads or self-directed exercises; small group discussions.

Behavioral Objectives/Learning Outcomes

At the completion of each module, a personal action plan is developed. Individualized coaching sessions are available to ensure that follow-up plans are identified and application of skills and concepts acquired during the training program are implemented.
